Robert J. Crawford is currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Professional plus Internet and Certified Novell Administrator. He has over 10 years experience with computers and has designed, implemented and supported information system on various platforms for hundreds of clients ranging from large international firms to small home office brokers. He was the senior Microsoft trainer for new Horizons Computer Learning center of Tucson and was consistently the highest rated instructor from student evaluations.

Robert has been involved in Fibre Channel and SAN technology for two years and has been training on them throughout this same time period. His most recent accomplishment was to assist in the development of the lab activities for Solution Technology Hands-On Seminars that have been very successful in the marketplace. He has served as an alternate on the Fibre Channel T11 standards committee and has spent the majority of his life involved with computers and networking. His unique combination of sales, marketing and technical expertise provide an impressive and valuable experience in the classroom.
